Devin & Ellen // Downtown Portland Wedding at Urban Studio

I met Ellen through two of my 2017 couples (Christine & Dan, and Christopher & Holly). Ellen & Devin got married in Downtown Portland at an adorable contemporary venue, Urban Studio. Throughout the entire day, I heard "that is so Ellen" accompanied by a huge smile. I LOVE when you can look around a wedding and see the couple shine through every little detail. Your wedding day should be a reflection of who you are and the love that you share with the one you're marrying. And this was just that.

Friends & family traveled far to be with these two on their special day. Despite the distance between them, their adoration for the couple did not go unnoticed.

It was the perfect day to take a stroll around the Pearl District. The trees were in full swing for fall & the sun was hitting everything just right. It was so wonderful to see & hear the reactions of people walking by as we were taking photos. Strangers stopping to say things like "omg you look beautiful!" and "Aw! Congratulations!!!" Or this sweet elderly man that quickly opened his door as he was parking and said "Excuse me sir! Thank you for your service." Seriously, a day full of so much love and kindness it just warms my heart. Congratulations Devin and Ellen! Best wishes on your new adventure together.
